		<description>POSB has very good customer service for ordinary people like you and me as it&#039;s a consumer bank. DBS is a corporate bank and is not helpful when asking for advice about things such as TT for overeseas study.</description>

		<description>Yeah.  I agree fully about the ATM and service part.  Also, I found out that OCBC replaces your damaged ATM card for free, POSB imposes a charge for damaged ATM card or when you want to apply for a new card on another account.  And the no-dongle ibanking thingy by OCBC is one of my favs too.  Looks like POSB doesn&#039;t have many fans haha.</description>
